TWO OPTIONS: On the streets in Sayville NY (or your location) or Treadmill (Sayville or your location)
A 10 week training program with once a week IN PERSON trainings. This is the Walk Your Way to Running a 5k Program.
What is included:
10 weeks of Walk Your Way To Running a 5k program - 3 workouts per week.
In person, once a week, training with Coach KB. Hands on training with modifications and in person motivation each week.
A pair of Saucony wicking material run socks
15% off running sneakers
Check in with your coach on progress, issues, and focus on motivation and accountability.
Modifications in your training when needed
Essential guidance for new runners—including proper sneaker fit, safety tips, hydration, stretching, motivation, and building confidence through a supportive running community as you prepare for your 5K.
Tools to calm nerves, navigate your first race, and know what to expect on the course—so you feel ready from start to finish.
Access to Trainhard platform for additional support, accountability, workout tracking and individual and group support.
START DATE- Anytime. We can help you navigate any changes you need to make and if you want to plan it to correspond to a local 5k.
Price:
$600 for 10 weeks*- Cash or venmo (does not include 5k race fee)- Credit card price as additional charge.
*This price is based on client coming to Sayville. If you live outside of Sayville, contact us to determine service cost.
