Who we are
Kiersten Bartolotta, RRCA Certified Run/Walk Coach, Mindful Coach
A certified running and mindfulness coach, Kiersten has been empowering beginners and experienced runners since 2010. Her signature program, Walk Your Way to Running a 5K, holds a special place in her heart. Created 15 years ago, it has transformed hundreds of lives by helping people build confidence, embrace movement, and discover the joy of fitness—one small, meaningful step at a time.
Beyond leading Walk To Run Fitness, Kiersten founded and runs Kids Run Long Island, a youth-focused nonprofit that provides scholarships and community grants to young people across Long Island. She also works full time in public service through her work at a nonprofit law firm.
Kiersten has completed more than 250 charity races and has earned numerous age-group awards along the way. Her purpose is simple but powerful: to give back to her community, inspire others to believe in their own potential, and create a life where family, service, and fitness come together in a fun, and balanced way.
