TOO BUSY TO MEET WITH THE GROUP TRAINING PROGRAMS

Try Virtual Training- complete your training through an online coaching program with the assistance of your own personal running coach

If you are too busy to meet with our groups, you can still train with your own personal running coach through online trainings.  You can get specific training plans that are right for you and constant contact and feedback from your coach on how to achieve your fitness goals.  That is the difference from general plans that you can get online or buy.  This plan will be specific to you and you will have a coach to modify your training based on your needs and goals.

Here are the options:


1. Monthly coaching as a beginner (brand new "never ran before") or advanced runner- $55 per month.  This includes
a. initial phone consult with coach on your basis fitness, goals, schedule and training
b. 3 weekly workouts designed specifically for you based on your fitness and schedule.
c. Contact from your coach by phone or email to get feedback and modify your training plan based on your individual needs.
d. Tips, information and resources on running, form, etc.

2.  Walk Your Way To a Better 5k- 12 week online coaching program
a. initial phone consult with coach on your basic fitness, goals, schedule and training
b. 3 weekly walk/run workouts to slowly progress your training from walking to running a 5k charity event
c.  Contact from your coach by phone or email to get feedback and modify your training plan based on your individual needs.
d.  Tips, information and resources on running, form, and upcoming local races to attend.

12 week: $155.00
12 weeks plus one in-person training session - $210.00



3.  10k Training - 10 week online coaching program
a. initial phone consult with coach on your basic fitness, goals, schedule and training
b. 3 weekly workouts to reach your 6.1 mile goal
c.  Contact from your coach by phone or email to get feedback and modify your training plan based on your individual needs.
d.  Tips, information, energy intake/hydration and resources on running, form, and upcoming local races to attend.

10 week:$160
10 weeks plus one in-person training session - $210.00



2.  Half Marathon & Full Marathon - 12 or 16 week online coaching program
a. initial phone consult with coach on your basic fitness, goals, schedule and training
b. 3 to 4 weekly workouts per week specifically created for your fitness level.
c.  Contact from your coach by phone or email to get feedback and modify your training plan based on your individual needs.
d.  Tips, information, energy intake/hydration and resources on running, form, and upcoming local races to attend.

12 weeks: $228
16 weeks: $295

Add one in-person training for $55.00
