"It was one of the proudest days of my life."
I NEVER thought I could run a mile, let alone a 5K. Well, I just did my first 5K, and it is because of Kiersten Bartolotta and her great motivational skills. My husband has called her a "Miracle Worker," because he knew as well as I that I often start exercise programs enthusiastically, but then fail to continue, but Kiersten made me want to prove to myself that I could do it. Plus, her program is fun and sane.
We started off nice and slow, but by the time the race came around, we were well prepared and we knew it. It was one of the proudest days of my life. I am so grateful to Kiersten for making me see that I really could do it, and the importance of challenging myself, and believing in myself. This program was so worth it. I am a runner now! - Patty

I just finished my 1st 5k ever and the feeling was incredible! I have tried to run many times in the past but could not achieve the results I was looking for until I started to train with Kiersten. In a million years I didn't think I would be able to run a 5K this past December 18th but I did with the help of Kiersten's BRILLIANT "Walk to Run" program. I never ran a day in my life but with Kiersten's helpful tips, motivation whenever I needed it via phone, text, & email, and meeting with the group, I did it!
