Programs For Walkers and Runners:

1.  Fitness Walking Program  - 6 week walking program  
2.   Walk Your Way To Running A 5k- 12 week program 
3.  Learn to Run" 2 miler - 8 Week Program 
4.  How to Run a Better 5k -for anyone who has run a 5k or about 3 miles & wants to improve their speed or distance
5.  Train for 1/2 marathon group class - starting July, 2012 (1/2 marathon on 9/29)
6.  NEW Go Girl! Healthy Walk/Run Fitness Class for girls, ages 7 to 11 years old- starting in June, 2012
